1. Service Description

FileHub is a file transfer service that allows users to upload files and generate shareable download links. Files are stored temporarily and automatically expire based on the selected link expiration option.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload, share, or make available through FileHub. You must ensure that you have the legal right to upload and share any content using our service.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use FileHub to upload, store, distribute, or share:

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
• Sexually exploitative, violent, hateful, or abusive material
• Content used for phishing, scams, spam, or unauthorized access

4. Temporary Storage and File Expiry

FileHub is designed for temporary file transfer, not permanent storage. Uploaded files may be automatically deleted after the selected expiration period. We are not responsible for lost, expired, deleted, or unavailable files.

5. Account and Paid Features

FileHub may offer free and paid features. Paid plans may include longer expiration periods, increased usage limits, or other premium features. We may update pricing, limits, and plan features from time to time.

6. Abuse, Suspension, and Removal

We reserve the right to block uploads, remove files, restrict access, or suspend use of the service if we believe the service is being misused, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.

7. No Warranty

FileHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent file access, or that uploaded files will always be recoverable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileHub and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of files, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FileHub after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
